Group Overnight
Multiple Campout Options:
- Birch Room- Can accommodate up to 15 people
- Maple Room- Can accommodate up to 30 people
- Bear’s Den Lodge- Can accommodate up to 30 people
- Valley Lodge- Can accommodate larger groups up to 100 people
Lodge space available any night of the week with prior reservations being made through Group Sales. This is a “roughing it” experience so bring your sleeping bag, mat & pillow. Dates are limited so contact us as soon as your plans come together.
We do require $100 deposit to reserve overnight space. If you cancel your overnight and the mountain is open, then we will put your payment on account toward your next visit. There will be no refunds.
Depending on group size, lodge space may be shared with another group. To reserve space as a private overnight, you must guarantee 50% capacity of your space.
Group Overnight Pricing:
- Overnight Package for only $30 per person, which includes both lodging and breakfast in The Trade Winds Cafe. Group Breakfast includes Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Hash Brown and a Pancake. Choice of Coffee, Hot Chocolate or Milk.
Purchase Fast Bucks and save money!
- Fast Bucks are purchased through Group Sales and will give you peace of mind that everyone will have money for meals. You won’t have to worry about someone losing cash. No cash back, exchanges, or refunds.
- Fast Bucks for Lunch or Dinner: Cost $16 each and redeemed for $18 value in our cafeteria.

Some overnight spaces available to rent as private lodge space prior to start of overnight. Great option for group dinner and activities. Ask for details.
