CLEANING TEAM SUPERVISOR

Pats Peak is looking for a full-time seasonal cleaning team supervisor - December- End of March. Daily duties will include but not be limited to: maintaining a high level of cleanliness of all lodges, bathroom and grounds. The team also sets up for special events.  This position does require constant walking, climbing of ladders and stairs and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You must be able to work days, nights and weekends. Winter hours will approach 50-60 weekly. Normal work week for the ski season is 6 day a week with a few weeks of 7 days during vacation weeks. Hours will mostly be 12 p.m. till 11 p.m. Night and weekends are a must.

KIDS' PROGRAM SKI INSTRUCTOR

Full-Time Winter Seasonal or Part-Time.  Qualifications: ski at a “Blue” Level; Must have excellent guest service skillsMust work well with other staff in a team environment; Must be able to work in inclement weather; Previous experience with teaching/coaching/mentoring. We offer free skiing, rentals and lessons; meal discounts and discounts in our Retail Shop.

KITCHEN SHIFT SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an energetic, hardworking individual to join our fast paced culinary department for the winter season.  Must be self-motivated to go above and beyond the basic responsibilities outlined below and be able to practice good communication with team members and across other departments.  The primary focus will be to effectively manage and train line cooks with direction from the Assistant Director of Culinary Services.

LIFT ATTENDANT

Full Time and Part Time positions available. Operate chair lifts and maintain terminal areas. Perform crowd control. Checks lift tickets and lift passes. This is an outside job working in a variety of winter weather elements. The Lift Attendant oversees the daily operation of a chair lift in a safe and efficient manner while promoting positive guest relations with riders and co-workers. Must be 17+.

PARKING ATTENDANT

Full Time and Part Time positions available. Assists guest arriving and leaving from Pats Peak. Performs traffic control. Assists in ensuring steady traffic flow. Previous Guest Service experience desired. This is an outside job working in a variety of winter weather elements. The Parking Attendant helps with the steady flow of traffic in a safe and efficient manner while promoting positive guest relations with guests and co-workers.

PUB COOK/LINE COOK

The Pub operates as a restaurant. You must have basic to good line-cooking skills. Must be able to cook food to order that is prepared in a timely manner.

RENTAL SHOP SKI RENTAL TECHNICIAN

Adjust rental skis and snowboards for customer use. Learn repairs and tuning. No experience necessary. Must be 18 years or older.

SKI AND SNOWBOARD INSTRUCTORS

Private, seasonal and group lessons.  P/T (Part time requires a minimum of 17 day commitment. Five days of which are holidays.); F/T (Monday – Friday, hourly rate); Teaching adults or children, new instructors will primarily work with beginners and children; Daily training by some of the East’s Best trainers . Our schedule is dedicated to weekend, holiday and evening work opportunities. This is a paid position and includes ski/ride benefits. The level of skiing or riding should be at intermediate level or higher. Our training sessions begin mid-November indoors and on snow sessions as early as Dec 6. Must be 14 years of age for employment.

SLED PUB BARBACK

The Sled Pub at Pats Peak is looking for experienced barbacks during the winter season. The barback is responsible for, but not limited to, assisting the bartenders, food running, as well as helping with opening and closing procedures. Flexible weeknight and consistent weekend availability is a must. This is a part time position. Eligible for Skiing and Riding privileges. To apply, please email [email protected].

TICKET BOOTH

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, customer service-oriented person to work in our ticket booth. Weekday afternoons and weekends, hours may vary. To apply, contact [email protected].

TICKET CHECKER

Checks to insure that all guests loading the chair lifts are properly ticketed. Performs crowd control. Previous Guest Service experience desired. This is an outside job working in a variety of winter weather elements. The Ticket Checker helps with the crowd control of the lift in a safe and efficient manner while promoting positive guest relations with riders and co-workers.

TUBING PARK ATTENDANT

Full Time and Part Time positions available. Assists guest loading and unloading from snow tubes and maintains terminal areas. Checks tickets and passes. This is an outside job working in a variety of winter weather elements. The Tubing Park Attendant helps with the daily operation of the Tubing Park in a safe and efficient manner while promoting positive guest relations with guests and co-workers. Must be 14+.

UTILITIES ASSISTANT – Full-Time Year-Round or Full-Time Seasonal

The Pats Peak Utilities Department is accepting applications for the facilities maintenance team. The position encompasses a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks both in the base area and on the mountain.  The Utilities Department is responsible for trail lighting, plumbing and HVAC maintenance, structured cabling, control systems and more. Skills or experience in any of these areas, or a desire to learn may make you qualified.  A wide range of applicants will be considered.
