For In-kind requests:

  • All requests must be made by submitting the above form.

  • Then we will email you directions to mail us a letter.

In your letter please include:

  • What organization your event supports.

  • The date of your event.

  • Mailing address to mail the donation.

Please Note:

  • We support organizations that are important to our customers, with a focus on Health & Fitness; Sports & Recreation; Environmental Issues and Children & Schools.

  • Due to limited resources, we are only able to support organizations operating in Northern New England. 

  • Only 1 donation request will be granted per organization per calendar year. 

  • If your donation request is considered, please be aware that we may not be able to issue you exactly what you asked for. Our standard donation is (2) Weekday Lift Ticket vouchers.

  • Requests MUST be received at least four (4) weeks prior to the date of your event.

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a donation for all requests. If we are able to provide a donation, we will mail it to you in a timely manner before your event date. We do not verbally deny or commit to donate; all correspondence will be via mail.
